Definitions
“Confidential Information” means any non-public information submitted to, stored in, processed by, or generated through the EstateScribe platform, including but not limited to client data, documents, attorney-client communications, personal information, firm information, matter data, credentials, and any derivatives thereof, whether provided by a user, a client of a user, or generated by the platform in connection with use of the Services.
Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of these Terms, independently developed without use of the Confidential Information, or rightfully obtained from a third party without confidentiality restrictions
No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
EstateScribe, LLC (“EstateScribe”) is a legal technology company and not a law firm. The information, tools, documents, automation, workflows, and other content made available through this website or the EstateScribe platform are provided for general informational and software-
enablement purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
Use of this website or the EstateScribe platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between EstateScribe and any user, client, end-user, or third party. Attorneys using EstateScribe remain solely responsible for all legal judgments, advice, filings, and compliance with applicable laws, rules of professional conduct, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
No Warranties; Platform Provided “As Is”
The EstateScribe website and platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. EstateScribe expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
EstateScribe does not warrant that:
The platform will meet all user requirements;
Generated documents will be legally sufficient in any jurisdiction;
The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times; or
Any content reflects current law in any specific jurisdiction.
EstateScribe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website or platform at any time without notice
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateScribe, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
Use of or inability to use the website or platform;
Reliance on any website content or outputs generated through the platform;
Errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or system failures; or
Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data not caused by EstateScribe’s gross negligence or willful misconduct
User Responsibility and Professional Judgment
Attorneys and professional users acknowledge and agree that:
EstateScribe is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgment;
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, approving, and finalizing all documents and outputs;
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable law, ethical rules, and client-specific requirements
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Assistance Disclosure
EstateScribe utilizes automation and artificial intelligence–enabled features to assist attorneys in organizing information, generating drafts, and streamlining estate-planning workflows. These features are designed to augment attorney efficiency, not to replace professional legal
judgment.
All outputs generated by the EstateScribe platform are:
Produced based solely on user-provided inputs, attorney-defined workflows, and system rules;
Intended as drafts or working materials only; and
Subject to attorney review, modification, approval, and final responsibility.
EstateScribe does not:
Provide legal advice or legal conclusions;
Independently determine appropriate planning strategies for any client;
Act as a fiduciary, attorney, or substitute for licensed counsel; or
Represent that any output is complete, accurate, or legally sufficient without attorney
review.Attorneys remain solely responsible for:
Reviewing and validating all generated content;
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, ethical rules, and jurisdiction-specific requirements; and
Determining the appropriateness of any document or recommendation for a specific client.
Data Use and Model Training
Client data, documents, and information processed through the EstateScribe platform are used only to provide the contracted services to the attorney and their firm. EstateScribe does not use client-specific data or attorney-client communications to train generalized artificial intelligence
models.
All AI-enabled features operate within a secure, siloed environment, designed to preserve confidentiality and support attorneys’ professional obligations, including attorney-client privilege
No Guarantee of Outcomes
EstateScribe makes no guarantees regarding:
Legal outcomes;
Enforceability of documents;
Acceptance by courts, financial institutions, or third parties; or
Compliance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content, software, workflows, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on this website and within the EstateScribe platform are the exclusive property of EstateScribe, LLC.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or exploited without the express prior written consent of EstateScribe. EstateScribe actively enforces its intellectual property rights and will pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use.
Prohibited Use
Users may not:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to access or interfere with system integrity or security;
Use EstateScribe outputs as consumer-facing legal advice without attorney review;
Scrape, harvest, or misuse platform content or data.

This website or platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services. EstateScribe provides these links for convenience only and assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, security, or practices of third-party sites or services
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes to These Terms
EstateScribe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
